Samolet Group acquired the real estate agency Megapolis Service

The real estate selection service Samolet Plus (part of the Samolet development group) was acquired by the real estate agency Megapolis Service. The deal to acquire the agency included 130 offices in 70 cities of Russia.
“With the addition, the Samolet Plus network has crossed the mark of 1 thousand open offices, coverage in cities with a population of more than 500 thousand people has reached 100%, and more than 300 thousand people – 98%,” a representative of the developer told RIA Real Estate .
As a representative of Samolet Plus clarified, the process of integrating existing Megapolis Service offices into the developer’s system is now beginning. The Megapolis Service staff is planned to be retained.
The Samolet development group is included in the list of backbone organizations of the Russian economy. At the end of 2022, the external assessment of the group’s assets reached RUB 761 billion, including a land bank with a volume of 45.9 million square meters. m of sales area and a brand worth 40.2 billion rubles. Last year, the developer’s revenue increased by 49%, to 194.9 billion rubles, and net profit by 57%, to 22.2 billion rubles.
At the end of May 2023, Samolet Plus acquired 100% of the Zoltor company, which is considered the third largest network of real estate agencies on the Russian market. It is expected that due to the integration of Zoltor into Samolet Plus, the number of agents of the merged company will increase to 10 thousand by the end of 2023, and the number of transactions will increase by more than 60%.
