Forbes presented a rating of the 30 most successful restaurants in Moscow. First place went to “Sakhalin” by Boris Zarkov. The establishment was opened in 2018, its chef is Alexey Kogai. The menu is based on Far Eastern oysters, crabs, shrimp and fish, the average bill is 7,100 rubles.
