The aircraft load factor increased from 82% to 93%. The company added 5 new airports and about 300 new routes. Ryanair’s market share in European countries also increased, especially in Italy – from 27% to 40%, in Poland – from 26% to 36% and in Ireland – from 49% to 58%.
In the current financial year, as Ryanair management predicts, profits will grow even more, and will break the record of 2018, when this figure amounted to €1.45 billion. is high, and tariffs for the peak summer season show an increase higher than last year. According to him, the current first quarter will be much stronger than the same period last year, which was negatively affected by the situation around Ukraine. Ryanair is expected to carry 186 million passengers this year, given that it now has almost 2,500 routes and about 3,000 flights daily.
