According to the results of 11 months of 2022, the volume of money transfers from Russia to Kyrgyzstan reached record levels. From report The National Bank of the Republic follows that between January and November last year, the Russians transferred this country more than $ 2.6 billion.
The monthly volume of transfers from Russia to Kyrgyzstan began to grow steadily since April 2022. The maximum amount of funds transferred by the Russians was recorded in June – about $302.7 million, the minimum – in March – $139.6 million.
The volume of transfers from Russia has become the highest compared to other countries. For 11 months of 2022, about $51 million came from the United States to Kyrgyzstan, $11 million from Turkey, and $6 million from Kazakhstan.
Since the beginning of 2022, the Russians have withdrawn 2.5 trillion rubles to foreign deposits. The largest outflow of money from the country was recorded in the third quarter. At that time, 1.5 trillion rubles were received on foreign deposits, which is 26 times more than in same period of 2021.
