The Deputy Head of Russian Railways noted that the funds for the implementation of this sub-stage were not provided for in the investment program of Russian Railways for 2023. According to the agency, according to last year’s estimates, the cost of sub-stage 3.1. is about 450-460 billion rubles.

The deputy head of Russian Railways said that the second sub-stage (3.2.) involves an increase in carrying capacity to 210 million tons and the construction of 45 facilities. According to Mr. Markov, Russian Railways wants to achieve the planned indicator of carrying capacity by 2030.
