Russian Dmitry Kokh became the winner of the Wildlife Photographer of the Year award

Photographer Dmitry Kokh became one of the winners of the prestigious Wildlife Photographer of the Year award from the Natural History Museum in London. Mr. Koch received a cash award and the title of “Best Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2022” for the picture “House of Bears”which depicts two polar bears climbing into an abandoned doom in Chukotka.
The “Main Title”, that is, the first place in the competition, was taken by American photographer Karyn Aeiner for the photo “Big Buzz” – it shows several bees tangled in a “tangle” on a Texas ranch. In 2020, the main prize in the photography competition received the work of Russian photographer Sergei Gorshkov “Embrace”.
