Large claims were filed by the integrator of software and hardware solutions LLC FORS distribution (in the amount of 431.7 million rubles) and the developer LLC FORS – Development Center (111.4 million rubles) against the structure of the American Oracle JSC Oracle Computer Equipment . In both cases, as of the end of December 2022, the court partially granted the claims.
