Rusagro shareholders approved the refusal to pay dividends for 2023

Rusagro shareholders decided not to pay dividends for 2023. This is stated in the press release (.pdf) of the company following the results of the shareholders meeting held on April 5.
Previously, Rusagro paid dividends twice a year – at the end of the first half of the year and at the end of the year. Interim dividends in 2021 amounted to $119.7 million, no final dividends were paid. Dividends for the 2022nd Board of Directors of Rusagro also recommended do not pay.
