Such a vaccine does not appear on the list of purchases of the Federal Center for Planning and Organization of Drug Provision of Citizens for the next year, follows from the materials on his website. The varicella vaccination scheduled for inclusion in the NCIP in 2023 is likely to face a similar fate. At least, according to a representative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the funds for the purchase of both vaccines are in the budget for 2023-2025. not provided.
The representative of the Ministry of Health explains this by the fact that the drugs themselves are not produced in Russia, as required by the strategy. In the near future, according to him, a draft government order will be prepared taking into account the new deadlines for the localization of vaccines.
