Rostrud explained the lack of inspections of Wildberries after the strike of partners

The Federal Service for Labor and Employment (Rostrud) has not yet conducted an audit on the strikes of Wildberries employees. This was announced by the deputy head of the department Ivan Shklovets, writes TASS.
“Those complaints <...> they are not our clients. These are disputes between business entities – points of issue of orders with the management of Wildberries. We are still looking for labor relations there, if there is something within the framework of labor relations, then we will connect,” the deputy head explained.
According to Shklovets, the prosecutor’s office sometimes turns to Rostrud for inspections by the department’s inspectors, but so far it has not done this. He also stressed that they do not see labor relations between the points of issue of orders (PVZ) and Wildberries, and the service does not consider civil law relations – they are also drawn up between the PVZ operators and the retailer. This was also confirmed to TASS in the department itself.
March 15 Telegram-channel “Wildberry. Pravda employees” reported that a strike of operators of the Wildberries pickup point began in several regions of Russia. It was noted that some pickup points do not work in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Vladivostok and other cities. Employees demanded that the retailer meet their demands and return wages.
Initially, Wildberries denied information about the strike, but later a company representative confirmed that several distribution points were closed and goods began to be exported from them. According to the company, the partners “choose uncivilized forms of dialogue.”
Later, on March 17, top managers of Wildberries and Opora Rossii met with an initiative group of pickup point owners. As a result of the meeting, a group was created to resolve disputes. On the same day, the company’s press service reported that the retailer had unblocked 15 previously closed pickup points.
