Rostelecom formed a cluster for consumer services

Rostelecom has formed a cluster of consumer services (B2C), which includes offices of digital products (video surveillance and Smart Home, Key, etc.), the entire Tele2 group of companies, unified marketing, Wink video service, separated into a separate legal entity, MC MTT (service for Rostelecom subscribers and telemarketing), as well as regional B2C assets, follows from a letter from Rostelecom President Mikhail Oseevsky. It notes that the combined B2C cluster is almost 60% of the group’s revenue. It is also reported that the cluster will be headed by Anton Godovikov, Senior Vice President for Mass Segment of Rostelecom.
The CEO of Tele2 will also be replaced, it follows from the letter: Alexey Telkov will take the position instead of Andrei Patoka, who headed the company in 2021. Previously, Mr. Telkov was Deputy General Director for Technical Infrastructure and Information Technology of the company. Tele2 confirmed to Kommersant that a decision had been made to form a single B2C cluster and create a unified cluster management structure: “Its structure and cross-functional management model will be approved within the next month.”
Tele2 added that in accordance with corporate procedures, the CEO of Tele2 is appointed by the decision of the Board of Directors of Tele2: “No relevant decisions have been made.” A source close to the company confirmed that Alexey Telkov should take this position.
