Rostelecom bought the software developer in the field of telecommunication networks “Svetets”

“Rostelecom» acquired 100% of the Russian developer and integrator of software in the field of telecommunication and information networks “Svetets”, informed TASS with reference to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
According to the agency, the deal was made on March 14 through Rostelecom’s subsidiaries – Westelcom and AMT. The first of the “daughters” received 99.99% in the developer, the second – the rest.
TASS in the press service of Rostelecom specified that the deal was not closed. The company noted that “traditionally, pending transactions are not commented on.”
On the website of the developer “Svetets” saysthat the company has been offering customers a wide range of solutions for organizing and developing business for 30 years. At the moment, the company has implemented over 500 projects in Russia and the CIS countries.
