Shareholders of PJSC NK Rosneft (MOEX:ROSN) approved dividend payments for the nine months of 2023 in the amount of 30.77 rubles. per one ordinary share. Payments of dividends to nominal holders of shares and professional participants are scheduled for January 25, 2024, to other shareholders – no later than February 15, 2024.
For nine months of 2022 the company paid dividends in the amount of 20.39 rubles. per ordinary share. 50% of the consolidated net profit according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the first half of the year — 216.1 billion rubles — was allocated for dividends.
