Rosneft has appealed against the decision to extend the external management of the German Federal Network Agency for an oil refinery (refinery) in the city of Schwedt. This was reported by the representative of the administrative court of Germany.
“Proceedings in the case were initiated in the Federal Administrative Court on April 17, 2023 and are being conducted here under the number BVerwG 8 A 2.23,” she told TASS.
Rosneft owns 54.17% of the plant in Schwedt. In September 2022, the German government ordered to transfer the oil refining assets of the Russian company to the state-owned Federal Grid Agency for six months. She tried to dispute it, but in March a court in Germany supported government decision.
