These revenues financed the state infrastructure of the terminals Vaninotransugol, Sukhodol in Vladivostok, Ultramar in Ust-Luga, and the port of Pevek was reconstructed. “Last year, we financed the Novotrans project in the port of Ust-Luga, this year we plan to finance the reconstruction of berths in the Murmansk Commercial Sea Port, in the port of Novorossiysk, possibly the reconstruction of the Volga-Caspian Canal, if appropriate changes are made to the rules for using the investment port collection,” he said.
