Roskomnadzor drew up 32 protocols for online cinemas for showing LGBT people

Roskomnadzor issued a total of 32 protocols to online cinemas due to the distribution of LGBT demonstration films without the “18+” marking. The agency reported this to RIA Novosti.
To date, the court has imposed fines under Part 2 of Article 6.21.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation on the following Russian streaming sites:
- Tricolor Cinema and TV online (NAO National Satellite Company) – 1 million rubles.
- Peers.TV (LLC “Inetra”) – 1 million rubles.
- Premier (LLC “Premier”) – 4 million rubles.
- Megafon TV (PJSC “Megafon”) – 1 million rubles.
- Start (LLC “Start”) – 3.7 million rubles.
- Kinopoisk (Kinopoisk LLC) — RUB 1 million
It is reported that administrative protocols have also been drawn up for Wink, Okko, Movix, More.tv, Ivi, Beeline TV services. In relation to Tricolor Cinema and TV Online, a protocol will be drawn up for propaganda of LGBT people, part 3 of article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
