Roskomnadzor blocked the site “20 ideas for the development of Russia” – Kommersant

Roskomnadzor blocked website “20 ideas for the development of Russia” by businessman Dmitry Davydov (recognized as a foreign agent), as well as sites “Academy” and “Gordon Boulevard” by Ukrainian journalist Dmitry Gordon (recognized as a foreign agent). It follows from the register that the decision was made on the proposal of the Ministry of Justice.

According to the RKN register, the decision to block the site “20 Ideas for the Development of Russia” was made on May 15, and it was entered into the register on May 24. Dmitry Gordon’s websites were decided to be blocked on May 30, and they were entered into the register on June 5.

Ministry of Justice introduced Dmitry Gordon to the register of foreign agents on September 2, 2022, and Dmitry Davydov — 16 December. The grounds for blocking their resources are unknown. According to Art. 15.9 of the Federal Law “On Information”, Roskomnadzor restricts access to the information resource in the event of the entry into force of a decision in a case of an administrative violation of the activities of a foreign agent. It is not known about the corresponding administrative violation by Dmitry Gordon and Dmitry Davydov.

According to media reports, Dmitry Davydov is a Kazakh businessman and co-owner of the Olimp betting company. On December 26, 2022, it became known that a person with the same name, a native of Kazakhstan, was put on the federal wanted list by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Like “b” informedDmitry Davydov is wanted by the authorities of Kazakhstan.
