Roskachestvo has fulfilled the order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to develop a standard for the wine list, said the head of the organization, Maxim Protasov. Restaurants and cafes will be able to use it.
“On behalf of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, we have developed a standard for the wine list, which restaurant establishments can join. Consumers will understand what to expect from the wine list, how the terroirs are located, how they are described,” said Mr. Protasov “RIA News”.
