X5 Retail Group (MOEX: FIVE) announced the completion of the placement of ten-year bonds of series 003Р-03 with an offer in two and a half years in the amount of 10 billion rubles.
The placement was carried out by a subsidiary of the holding company, X5 Finance LLC, created with the aim of raising capital on the debt market.
The nominal value of one security is 1 thousand rubles. The maturity of the bonds is ten years, with an offer in two and a half years. The coupon period is 91 days. The target rate of the 1st coupon is no higher than 13.10% per annum, which corresponds to a yield to put of no higher than 13.76% per annum.
Among the organizers of the placement are Gazprombank, Rosselkhozbank and Sinara Bank.
At the moment, there are also five issues of the company’s exchange-traded bonds worth RUB 74 billion in circulation.
The bonds of the issue are placed within the framework of the program of exchange-traded bonds of series 003Р in the amount of up to 200 billion rubles. inclusive or the equivalent of this amount in foreign currency.
