Red Wings flight from Yekaterinburg to Antalya departed after a 37-hour delay

Red Wings flight WZ-3061 departed Yekaterinburg for Antalya, Turkey, after a 37-hour delay. Initially, the departure of the aircraft was scheduled for August 13, 7:20 (5:20 Moscow time). According to the online scoreboard of Koltsovo Airport, the flight departed at 20:30 (18:30 Moscow time). According to the Ural Transport Prosecutor’s Office, the departure postponed due to lack of aircraft.

Departure of another delayed Red Wings flight WZ-3071 from Yekaterinburg to Antalya is scheduled for August 15, 1:55 (23:55 Moscow time Monday). He was supposed to fly out today, August 14, at 8:30 (6:30 Moscow time). The reason for the delay, according to prosecutors, served late arrival of the aircraft.

Delays with the departure of tourists on the route from Yekaterinburg to Antalya and from Antalya to Yekaterinburg by Red Wings flights are happening from 12 August. According to the Federal Air Transport Agency, they were caused by a technical malfunction of two carrier aircraft. Assistance in the export of passengers will render airline Icarus.
