By law, the executive authorities of the regions in which the experiment is being conducted must approve the procedure for selecting organizations to participate in it, as well as the rules for information interaction in the formation and use of prescriptions for drugs.
If the first regulatory document was adopted in all three regions (Moscow, Moscow and Belgorod regions), then the regulation on information interaction was adopted only in Moscow. According to it, data exchange will take place between a medical organization or a pharmacy and the automated information system “Unified Medical Information and Analytical System of Moscow” (EMIAS). For market participants to submit applications for participation in the experiment, both documents are required, as well as permission from Rospotrebnadzor, notes RBC.
Interviewed by the publication, market participants noted that there is nothing critical in delaying the implementation of the experiment; its full-fledged launch is likely to take place by summer.
