RBC: the apartment of businessman Mazurov will be sold at auction for 920 million rubles

The apartment of the former beneficiary of the Antipinsky Oil Refinery and the owner of New Stream Dmitry Mazurov was put up for auction for 920 million rubles, writes RBC with reference to the data of the Fedresurs portal. In relation to the businessman, bankruptcy proceedings began in 2020, Mazurov himself had previously been arrested on suspicion of fraud for $ 29 million.

At the auction at an initial price of 920 million rubles. exhibited an apartment with an area of ​​493.7 sq. m, it is located in the 1st Zachatievsky Lane, follows from the auction documentation. The auction, as noted, will take place in early April, its participants must make a deposit of 5% of the initial cost of the lot (46 million rubles) by the end of March.

Antipinsky Oil Refinery was a member of the New Stream group of businessman Dmitry Mazurov, at the end of 2018 the refinery made interruptions in oil supplies due to a lack of working capital, which the group replenished with a loan from Sberbank, but was never able to return it. In December 2019, the plant was declared bankrupt, in connection with which the property of the Antipinsky Oil Refinery was put up for sale, and the enterprise itself came under the control of Sberbank as the largest creditor.

In mid-July 2019, the businessman, at the request of Sberbank, was arrested on suspicion of fraud. In 2015 Antipinsky Oil Refinery And Sberbank concluded an agreement on a revolving credit line for $100 million, but the amount of $29 million (1.8 billion rubles at the exchange rate at the time of the crime) was not returned to the bank, the investigation reported. In September, Mazurov was charged with embezzlement on an especially large scale.

After the arrest of Mazurov, Sberbank put forward claims to him in the amount of about 185 billion rubles. Material demands were also made against him. Promsvyazbank (for 22 billion rubles), Moscow Credit Bank (ICD, 4.6 billion rubles. and 4.7 billion rubles), Baltsetstroy (9.3 billion rubles), Absolut Bank (3.4 billion rubles), Credit Europe Bank (855 million rubles) and the Federal Tax Service – for 22,000 rubles. The sum of all known requirements for a businessman is almost 232 billion rubles.

In May 2021, the property of the Antipinsky Oil Refinery was sold at auction to the Rusinvest company of Anatoly Yablonsky at a starting price of 110.9 billion rubles. In January last year, the Moscow Arbitration Court began bankruptcy proceedings for Mazurov.
