Raiffeisenbank application is malfunctioning – Kommersant

Some Raiffeisenbank clients cannot log into the mobile application. When logging in, a failure message appears. There are also reports of problems with transfers by phone number.

“Login to online banking can be unstable now. Sorry for letting you down. We are doing everything to restore the service as soon as possible,” says the message that appears when a number of users log in.

The press service of Raiffeisenbank reported that incoming payments via phone number may be unstable. “We are already working on a solution and will inform you as soon as the Raiffeisen Online services are available in full,” the bank said.

The day before, Raiffeisenbank reported problems with paying for mobile communications and services in the application after the Central Bank revoked the license of Qiwi Bank for shady transactions.
