Raiffeisenbank informed, that from November 1 to December 31 will not charge a fee for transfers through the Faster Payments System (FPS). Previously, a commission had to be paid on amounts over 100,000 rubles transferred during a calendar month.
Central Bank obliged banks to implement the FPS for legal entities from April 1, 2024. Government planned allocate an additional 800 million rubles. to reimburse the commission to small and medium-sized businesses for the use of the SBP. The State Duma also wants to adopt a bill prohibiting taking a commission for transfers to oneself to another bank in amounts up to 1.4 million rubles. per month.
