Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the transfer of shares of PJSC Far Eastern Shipping Company (FESCO; parent company FESCO) to the state corporation Rosatom as a property contribution. The document was published on the official Internet portal legal information.
“The FESCO Transport Group is not authorized to comment on administrative acts of government bodies. FESCO operates as before, confidently fulfilling its tasks,” the FESCO press service said, as reported by Interfax.
On January 11, the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow converted FESCO shares into state income following a claim by the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation against the founder of the Summa group of companies, Zayavudin Magomedov, his brother Magomed Magomedov and several individuals and legal entities.
