Promavtoconsult bought the Russian assets of the German Schaeffler – Kommersant

Promavtoconsult became the owner of the assets of the German auto components manufacturer Schaeffler Group. This follows from the data bases Unified State Register of Legal Entities – Reuters drew attention to changes in the database.
Promavtoconsult bought 100% of the shares of Scheffler Rus LLC and Scheffler Russland LLC. Changes to the database appeared on December 15. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Promavtoconsult is owned by Alexander Gorlov.
In November, President Putin signed a decree authorizing the sale of Russian assets of the Schaeffler Group to a Russian owner. Schaeffler said in a March report that the company had signed an agreement to sell assets to Promavtoconsult for €10 million in December 2022.
