Producers of sausages and frankfurters offer to supply products to schools again

Children’s specialized boiled sausages and sausages are proposed to be returned to the list of recommended food products in schools. The idea was discussed at the Advanced Solutions for Optimizing Meat Processing Enterprises forum on June 21, two participants told Vedomosti.
The same question was raised in May this year at a meeting of the Federation Council Committee on Agrarian and Food Policy by the head of the Association “Association of Meat Processors” (ASOMP) Ekaterina Luchkina. The protocol following the meeting contains a recommendation to Rospotrebnadzor and the Ministry of Agriculture to work out this issue. A copy of the document is at the disposal of Vedomosti.
