Lawrence Thurman was born November 28, 1926 in Los Angeles. He produced Sweet Poison (1968), Short Circuit (1986), The Thing (1982), American History X (1998) and others. In 1967, Mr. Thurman was nominated for an Oscar for The Graduate.
