Four-star hotels have risen in price even more. Apparently, accommodation without categories, which include apartments and apartments, was not in great demand. Their average cost was 4,600 rubles, which is 63% less than in 2021 and 78% cheaper than in 2019.

According to Polishchuk, from year to year there is the highest growth in demand for hotels and other accommodation facilities in Vladivostok during the WEF, including even such unusual ones as renting a hotel cabin on a ship. “This year we are noticing an increase in prices for premium hotels in the four and five star categories due to domestic demand among Russian entrepreneurs,” Polishchuk points out. At the same time, the demand for three-star hotels remains at the same level.
