PPF Group will sell its stake in Trilogy Park Tomilino

Part of the Czech PPF Group PPF Real Estate has found buyers for its stake in the Trilogy Park Tomilino warehouse complex (107,000 sq.m.), which is located in the southeast of the Moscow Region. Three consultants who worked with this object told Vedomosti about this. The buyers, according to them, will be the developers and co-owners of this object, Alexei and Alexander Ostapishins.
This information was also confirmed by a source close to one of the parties to the talks. The size of the share that PPF Real Estate had in the logopark was not specified by the interlocutors of Vedomosti. In 2014, the Czech company reported that it consolidated 75% in this complex, there were no other disclosures about this. The deal itself will be closed in the near future, the consultants said. According to them, PPF Real Estate offered to buy its part of the complex to other large investors, but the deal with them would have to be agreed with the partner.
A representative of PPF Real Estate declined to comment, but information about Trilogy Park Tomilino has disappeared from the company’s official website. The complex itself did not respond to the request, it was not possible to contact the Ostapishins.
