Poultry producer GAP “Resource” can start producing milk

The Rostov Grain Company Resource (RZK Resurs), a member of the Resource Group of Companies (GAP Resource) of Viktor and Vladimir Nauruzov, bought back from Rosselkhozbank the credit obligations of the Moscow region dairy producer Agroinnovative Commonwealth Farm Growth (AISFeR) for 2.4 billion rubles This follows from the materials of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region. They say that the parties entered into an agreement on the assignment of claims back in March 2023, but the main creditor in the AISFeR bankruptcy case was replaced only on July 10. Representatives of GAP Resurs, AISFeR and Rosselkhozbank did not respond to Vedomosti’s requests.

GAP Resurs, according to the National Poultry Union, is the largest producer of broiler meat: in 2022, the company produced more than 1 million tons of such products. Among its brands are Blagoyar, Our Bird, and so on. The company is also engaged in the production of lamb and vegetable oil. And in the ranking of the largest landowners, compiled by the Befl agency, GAP Resurs is in 12th place with land assets of 340,000 hectares. The group does not disclose consolidated financial results.
