The Russian Auction House (RAD) has put up for sale 100% of Yagodamalina Fruit Nursery LLC, which is engaged in the industrial cultivation of blueberries and other berries in the Filenino village near Moscow. This was reported to Vedomosti by a representative of the RAD and confirmed by the company itself. The cost of the lot is 1.2 billion rubles.
The sale of Berries-Raspberries, as they say in the RAD, is carried out on behalf of the owner of the company, JSC Kieppi. Its representative, in turn, says that the sole beneficiary of the company decided to sell a non-core asset for himself and focus on the logistics business.
