The company notes that the total amount of dividends paid for 2021 will be 1.3 billion rubles, which is equivalent to 100% of Positive Technologies’ net profit for the previous year.
The amount of payment per share will be 5 rubles. 16 kop. Taking into account earlier payments, the total amount of dividends will be 19 rubles. 56 kopecks per share. It is noted that shareholders will be able to receive dividends from November 14.
