According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the owner of the building, JSC Laut, has had a new general director. It was Vladimir Mamonov. Mr. Mamonov also took the position of head of JSC Several Development, which is the founder of JSC Laut. It follows from the register that Vladimir Mamonov is also the head of Sibir LLC, TsPK LLC, BAMZ LLC, Baltiyskaya-116 LLC and BAR LLC, owned by the family of billionaire Alexander Rakshin, the founder of the federal retail chain Maria- Ra.”
The Salaris shopping center has a total area of 310 thousand square meters. m, it was built as part of the Salaryevo transport hub project in 2019. At the same time, they argued that the company did not have a goal to sell it at a discount, so the transaction on it could take quite a long time.
