PickPoint chain filed for bankruptcy in court – Kommersant

Logistics company PickPoint sent an application to the Moscow Arbitration Court to declare itself bankrupt, follows from court file. The application was received on April 21, it has not yet been accepted for consideration. The amount of unfulfilled obligations is not specified.
PickPoint’s self-delivery network includes 6,000 parcel terminals and 4,500 pickup points in 657 Russian cities. The fact that PickPoint decided to stop working in the country due to financial difficulties was reported by Kommersant’s sources. Since April 4, PickPoint has stopped accepting new cargo from legal entities and individuals. In a letter to partners, PickPoint CEO Nadezhda Romanova said that the decline in service turnover was caused by the departure of Western retailers, as well as the inability to finance from a foreign investor.
