Shareholders of Phosagro (MOEX: PHOR) at an extraordinary meeting they approved the payment of dividends at the rate of 291 rubles. per ordinary share based on the results of nine months of 2023. The register for receiving dividends will close on December 25, 2023, payment will be made until February 6, 2024, it says message companies.

The shareholders meeting took place on December 14 in accordance with the decision of the Phosagro board of directors dated November 9. Following the meeting, the shareholders came to the conclusion that the modernization of the company is in accordance with the development strategy until 2025, the production of mineral fertilizers and other products is growing.

December 4, Phosagro General Director Mikhail Rybnikov reportedthat in 2026 the company intends to increase production by 1.4 million tons to the current level. Phosagro’s revenue in 2022 amounted to 569.6 billion rubles, net profit – 184.7 billion rubles. In 2022, the company produced 11.1 million tons of chemical products, which is 4.6% more than in 2021.

The main shareholders of Phosagro are MKOO Clovis Enterprises and MKOO Adorabella (whose beneficiaries are businessman Andrei Guryev and members of his family), who collectively own 43.7% of the shares, as well as Tatyana Litvinenko, who has 20.6% of the shares. The remaining shares are in free circulation.
