The Board of Directors of FasAgro recommended the payment of interim dividends in the amount of 264 rubles. per share. This was reported in press service companies. Previously, analysts expected the dividend to be about 243 rubles. per share.
The meeting of shareholders on the issue of payment of dividends will be held on June 30 in absentia. The Board of Directors also recommended that the payout register be closed on 11 July.
