British pharmaceutical giant GSK (GlaxoSmithKline) is changing its operating model in Russia. As part of this decision, the company does not lay off employees, but discusses with them the voluntary termination of employment. The company stressed that GSK continues to work in Russia.
“The company is not laying off employees. We are only changing the operating model in the country. We are currently in individual discussions with our employees about a voluntary termination of employment program by agreement of the parties. We do not know how many employees will want to participate in the program,” GlaxoSmithKline said in a statement (quoted by TASS).
