Retailer Petrovich will close a deal with developer PNK group for the purchase of a warehouse complex with an area of ​​100-120 thousand square meters. m on the territory of the industrial park “PNK Park Domodedovo” in the Moscow region. They write about it “Vedomosti” with reference to sources.

The newspaper’s interlocutors reported that the deal itself has not yet been closed, but is at an advanced stage. The transaction will take place in a build-to-suit format – the developer will only have to build the warehouses.

NF Group partner Konstantin Fomichenko estimates the market value of the warehouse at 6-7 billion rubles. IBC Real Estate Director for Warehouse and Industrial Facilities Igor Krotenkov talks about 8.4 billion rubles.

If the deal between Petrovich and PNK group is closed by the end of December, it will become one of the largest in 2023, the newspaper’s interlocutors note. Over the past year, Elma Group has purchased several warehouse facilities with a total area of ​​92.1 thousand square meters. m in Mytishchi near Moscow, the Czech PPF Real Estate sold its share in the Trilogy Park Tomilino warehouse complex of 107 thousand sq. m. m, developer PST Development this year began building a 130 thousand sq. m logopark for Ozon. m in Vatutinki.

At the beginning of December, Petrovich acquired office properties with an area of ​​30 thousand square meters. m and a site for the construction of another building of comparable size. Previously, the facilities belonged to the IT company JetBrains.
