If the deal between Petrovich and PNK group is closed by the end of December, it will become one of the largest in 2023, the newspaper’s interlocutors note. Over the past year, Elma Group has purchased several warehouse facilities with a total area of 92.1 thousand square meters. m in Mytishchi near Moscow, the Czech PPF Real Estate sold its share in the Trilogy Park Tomilino warehouse complex of 107 thousand sq. m. m, developer PST Development this year began building a 130 thousand sq. m logopark for Ozon. m in Vatutinki.
At the beginning of December, Petrovich acquired office properties with an area of 30 thousand square meters. m and a site for the construction of another building of comparable size. Previously, the facilities belonged to the IT company JetBrains.
