The Primorsky Court of St. Petersburg registered three administrative protocols against Okko LLC, which owns the Russian streaming service Okko. An online cinema is charged with showing LGBT people to those under 18.

In particular, we are talking about the films: “The Miseducation of Cameron Post”, “Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason”, “Perfect Strangers”, “Three More Weddings”, “Black Swan”, “New Mutants”, “The English Barber”, “ A student of easy virtue”, “A little bit pregnant”, “Sils Maria”, “Roman Partings”, “The Imitation Game”, “Little Italy”, “Alexander”, “Love, Love, Love” and “The Tenenbaum Family”.

As follows from messages of the joint press service of the courts of St. Petersburg, these films were shown in March-April on the ABC Okko channel. They saw a demonstration of non-traditional sexual relations or preferences among minors (part 2 of article 6.21.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

Roskomnadzor, as of June 2, issued 19 reports to online cinemas for maintaining access for minors to materials showing LGBT, as well as mislabeling such content.

How video services drew up protocols for mislabeling – in material “b”.
