According to the quoted quote, the astronauts, even before the filming of the film with Peresild in space, “expressed their negative attitude towards him.” Now Yurchikhin is wondering how his flight colleagues and Roscosmos in general feel about the opportunity to give the artist an honorary title – which “professional cosmonauts wait a long time after flights.”
Peresild responded to criticism on the social network, asking “to stop persecuting her”: “It is not good for the Heroes of Russia to undeservedly accuse a woman of all mortal sins for the second year in a row.”
According to Peresild, she “does not ask for anything, does not apply for any titles,” but is simply “happy that she managed to fulfill her duty with dignity.” The actress summed up her post with assurances that, despite the “myriad nasty things,” she continues to respect the astronauts and admire their exploits.
