Ozon agreed to build another large warehouse in the Moscow region

Developer PST Development will build a logistics complex with a total area of about 130,000 sq. m in Vatutinki in the new Moscow. This was told to Vedomosti by two consultants who worked with the parties to the transaction. An Ozon representative confirmed this information. According to him, the complex is planned to be put into operation next year, after the construction is completed, the company will take it on a long-term lease. He did not disclose other details. PST Development did not respond to Vedomosti’s request. A spokesman for CORE.XP, which advised the deal, declined to comment.
The new warehouse complex will occupy 17.7 hectares near the village of Penino in the new Moscow, its construction will create about 7,000 jobs, Moskomstroyinvest reported earlier, without disclosing the developer. The site itself belonged to the Investtrast company, which is building the Novye Vatutinki residential complex in the area, one of the consultants knows. A representative of this firm did not respond to Vedomosti’s request.
