Mikhail Prokhorov’s ONEXIM Group this week changed the ownership structure of Renaissance Credit Bank. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, 99.99% of the shares of the owner of Kaznachey-Financeinvest were transferred to Onexim Group LLC, which is directly owned by Mr. Prokhorov. Another 0.01% remained with Renaissance Capital-Financial Consultant LLC. Interfax drew attention to this.
In December, several sources in the financial market told Kommersant that Renaissance Credit Bank was put up for sale. Sovcombank is named among the main contenders. According to Kommersant’s sources, the price of the deal could be 0.75-0.8 of the bank’s capital. In the perimeter of the transaction, the sale of the bank was discussed along with the insurance company “Consent” (also owned by Mikhail Prokhorov).
