Composer, singer Vyacheslav Malezhik wrote a new song dedicated to children who died in conflicts and terrorist attacks. According to Malezhik, she was born very quickly and recorded in the format “for her” – with a guitar. It can be considered a continuation of the performer’s musical reflections on the tragic events of recent years.

“It was written not only about Beslan, but also about all the tragedies in which children died and are dying,” Vyacheslav Malezhik said in an interview with MK. — For me, this song is primarily about Donetsk.

My wife is from Donetsk. Starting in 2014, her relatives and friends came to us and told how they were sitting in the basements, what kind of war was already going on then.

The lines “There are cities where the dawn is not visible, where, as a result of an adult decree, snub-nosed peers of the war know about peace only from stories” echo the speech of former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, in which he said: “Our children will go to schools and kindergartens – them they will sit in the cellars.

When writing a new song, Vyacheslav collaborated with the poet Alexei Kotelnikov. “Alexey sent me poems, for which I wrote music the very next day,” the singer addressed the readers of MK. – And immediately recorded it in a guitar format.
