Offshore supplies of Russian oil fell to 3.63 million barrels per day

The average volume of deliveries of Russian oil by sea in the four weeks ended June 18 amounted to 3.63 million barrels per day, reports Bloomberg. This is 35,000 barrels less than in the four-week period ending June 11.
According to the agency, the volume of deliveries has significantly decreased compared to the peak values of the end of May – by 212,000 barrels. However, this figure is still 250 thousand barrels higher than at the end of February, when Russia announced about the intention to reduce export volumes.
Almost all Russian oil supplies by sea now go to Asia – 3.29 million barrels per day. Bulgaria remains Russia’s only European partner in Europe, which received 104,000 barrels of oil a day in the reporting four weeks.
Formerly International Energy Agency reportedthat oil production in Russia in May fell by 150,000 barrels per day (b/d) to 9.45 million b/d, while total oil exports fell by 260,000 b/d to 7.8 million bpd.
