Shareholders of NovaBev Group (“NovaBev Group”, former Beluga Group) approved payment of dividends for the first half of the year. Payments will be 320 rubles. per ordinary share. The date on which persons entitled to receive dividends are determined is September 29.
At the end of the first half of the year, the net profit of NovaBev Group according to international financial reporting standards (IFRS) amounted to 3.046 billion rubles. This figure increased by 35% compared to the same period a year earlier. The company’s revenue increased by 14%, to 47.934 billion rubles.
The fact that Beluga Group is discussing the possibility of changing its name to NovaBev Group, became known in August. The company said that its name no longer reflected its essence and corresponded to its business diversification strategy.
