Norilsk Nickel plans to complete the stock split in April 2024 – Kommersant

Split of Norilsk Nickel shares (MOEX: GMKN) should be completed in the second quarter of 2024. Mikhail Borovikov, director of Norilsk Nickel’s investor relations department, announced this at the Aton webinar.
“I hope that by April next year we, in principle, should do this,” he said (quoted by TASS).
As a result of a stock split, their value will decrease by 100 times. On October 23, the company announced that the splitting issue would be considered at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders on December 7.
