Based on the results of 2023, Novolipetsk Iron and Steel Works (NLMK, MOEX: NLMK) increased net profit according to IFRS by 25.8%, to 209.37 billion rubles. The company’s revenue increased by 3.6%, to 933.44 billion rubles. Gross profit increased by 9.3%, to 379.74 billion rubles, profit before taxes decreased by 1.2%, to 201.82 billion rubles.

NLMK Group is one of the largest producers of steel products in Russia. The main shareholder of the company is Vladimir Lisin, he owns 79.3% of the shares through Fletcher Group Holdings Limited.

In January 2024, NLMK shareholders elected to the position of president of the company Sergei Karataev. The previous head of the company, Grigory Fedorishin, remained on the board of directors. In April, NLMK’s board of directors recommended paying dividends in the amount of 25.43 rubles based on the results of 2023. per share (RUB 152.408 billion). The company has not paid dividends since the end of 2021.
