NLMK Receipts Removed from Listing on the London Stock Exchange

Novolipetsk Iron and Steel Works (NLMK) has stopped listing depositary receipts on the London Stock Exchange. This is stated in the notification of the exchange posted on the website. Share Magazine.
The receipts were delisted this morning, January 27th. Edition “Prime” reports that NLMK also notified its shareholders about the delisting, but Kommersant could not find such messages on the company’s resources.
On December 20, 2022, NLMK announced the termination of the program of depositary receipts for ordinary shares. The group’s decision was related with the termination of the contract for the provision of services by the depository bank Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas from January 18, 2023.
