Natalia Timakova will resign from the post of Deputy Chairman of VEB.RF and move to the Skolkovo School of Management

Deputy Chairman of VEB.RF Natalia Timakova will start working at the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo on March 1. She will take the position of development director. Ms. Timakova said RBCthat “it’s time to try yourself in a new direction.”
In the position of director, she, in particular, will be responsible for the development of new educational projects and the new strategy of the school “in the current conditions,” said a RBC source in Skolkovo. Natalia Timakova has been on the Board of Directors of the School of Management for 4.5 years, and VEB.RF is one of the organization’s creditors.
Prior to joining VEB.RF, Natalya Timakova worked for 10 years as Deputy Head of the Government Staff under Dmitry Medvedev (2008–2012, then from 2012 to 2018). Prior to that, she headed the presidential press service (2002-2008). She moved to the post of Deputy Chairman of VEB in September 2018. IN interview “Kommersant” Ms. Timakova said that she “wanted to change her occupation and try herself outside the civil service.”
